We utilized this provider for almost exactly six months, and fortunately for us, we were already moving and no longer needed their services. Had we not moved, we would have pulled our child out after 4 months.
Additionally, the staff and director collude in punishments they deem fit for children and will not tell the parent about it unless the parent asks questions. Our child had an accident with going to the bathroom and the amount of punishment and yelling they inflicted on him resulted in over a month of relapse with potty training because he was terrified to go to the bathroom anymore. When confronted why they felt the punishment was even done, the director and staff both felt they did nothing wrong. I would strongly discourage any parent to send their child to this facility unless your only criteria is that your child is returned to you alive each day.
My sister in law had her kids go here, they were very nice and tidy when I came to pick up Grayson! Couldn't wait to go back the next day!
Two year old are forced to sit and watch tv. Restrained in high chairs to keep them from leaving the room and faced in front of the television. Breast milk is being microwaved instead of being warmed in water. These people have no right doing childcare, they have no training on children.
This daycare center does not have properly trained staff, they are constantly over-ratio between teachers and students (to the point that consistently, a baby is being carried by a teacher that is watching a classroom of 15+ kids!!!).
Challenging Minds Daycare is a structured facility that offers an amazing pre-school program! The staff are great. I highly recommend taking your children here!!
